Jordan Szafranek's hard work paid off in Poland.

Edinburgh Napier University karate scholar Jordan Szafranek earned one of the best results of his career this past week after winning Senior Male kata silver at the Harasuto Cup in Poland.

The third-year Sport and Exercise Science was delighted with the result after an intense period of training.

He tweeted: Trust the process...After 5 tough rounds I placed 2nd at the XV Harasuto Cup in Poland. The hard work continues towards the next goal.
